Kurtis is a qualified builder, who moved into project and general management after spending his time on the tools. With 14 years of industry experience, he is knowledgeable, professional, and personable.
Kurtis oversees the operations of Kenepuru Homes. He is our quantity surveyor, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget and that our clients have an easy, pleasant building experience.
Outside of work, Kurtis can be found spending time with his young family, or crafting in his own workshop.
With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Steve brings immense knowledge and expertise to our team as well as a great sense of humour. His skills range from building simple single-storey homes to complex multi-unit developments.
As a qualified builder and a licensed building practitioner, Steve manages a portfolio of our construction projects. He also coordinates the maintenance of our clients’ homes.
Outside of work, Steve is a hands on father and enjoys supporting his children in their sporting and academic pursuits. A keen sports enthusiast and former representative golfer and rugby player, Steve is actively involved in the local rugby, softball and baseball clubs in a coaching and convening capacity.
Jarrad originally trained and worked as a quantity surveyor before moving into residential construction. His experience covers many different facets of building, including group house building, design and build, single-storey dwellings, and multi-unit developments. He has also worked on complex architectural homes built on some of Wellington’s most challenging sites.
Jarrad’s forte is project development, and he enjoys working with property developers to design attractive and well-planned house and land packages. Jarrad oversees the development of all our house and land packages, from start to finish!
Outside of work, Jarrad enjoys spending time with his family, as well as practicing yoga and meditation. He has a passion for cooking, and can be found cooking up meals for friends and family whenver he has a chance!
